Role Overview
The Operations Coordinator 1 will provide administrative support across IQVIA’s Lifecycle Safety service lines for the SO and LSM functions. The selected candidates may also provide support to junior administrative team members.
This position is suitable for fresh pharmacy graduates who are interested in starting their career in Pharmacovigilance, Drug Safety, Clinical Research and Lifecycle Safety operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support across Lifecycle Safety service lines.
- Support SO and LSM functions as required.
- Assist junior administrative team members.
- Follow applicable procedures, work instructions and organizational guidelines.
- Manage assigned tasks accurately and within specified timelines.
- Coordinate administrative activities and support day-to-day operational requirements.
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while handling assigned work.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should have any of the following qualifications:
- B.Pharm
- M.Pharm
- Pharm.D
