Work Schedule
This position requires working in rotational shifts. The listed shift timings are:
- Morning Shift: 05:30 AM – 02:30 PM
- Afternoon Shift: 02:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Night Shift: 08:30 PM – 05:30 AM
Job Responsibilities
The selected candidate will support the Kit Inventory Center and investigator sites with clinical trial collection kit requirements.
Kit Inventory Management
- Maintain the Kit Material Supply (KMS) system according to project requirements and applicable Statements of Work.
- Enter work orders into the database after reviewing project-specific requirements.
- Update collection-kit inventory based on information received from investigator sites.
- Make inventory adjustments when project requirements change.
- Support investigator sites with collection-kit resupply requests.
- Research incoming kit and material orders received from the Investigator Support Team.
Issue Resolution and Coordination
- Identify and resolve kit supply-related issues.
- Escalate complex supply problems to the Project Manager when necessary.
- Customize or update the KMS system according to investigator-site requirements.
- Assist the Technical Administrator with complex kit instructions and database-related issues.
- Communicate with relevant teams to ensure requests are processed within expected timelines.
Documentation and Compliance
- Follow applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs).
- Participate in management communications and required meetings.
- Support implementation of global processes and procedures.
- Track and report assigned operational metrics within defined timelines.
- Document service failures and take appropriate corrective action.
- Escalate unresolved issues to management when required.
