Selected candidates will be responsible for: Jr. Research Scientist R&D Jobs
- Conducting polymorph screening studies for APIs and evaluating solid-state forms.
- Performing crystallization process development and optimization for pharmaceutical compounds.
- Carrying out analytical characterization using PXRD, DSC, TGA, FTIR, Raman Spectroscopy, and Microscopy.
- Independently operating PXRD instruments, including sample preparation, data acquisition, and interpretation.
- Analyzing and interpreting solid-state characterization data for form identification and stability assessment.
- Supporting process development related to polymorphism, salt/co-crystal screening, and crystallization scale-up.
- Preparing technical reports, laboratory documentation, and experimental records.
- Following laboratory safety practices and company SOPs.
