About the Role
The Healthcare Executive will be responsible for achieving sales targets within an assigned geographical territory and developing strong relationships with medical practitioners, hospitals, chemists, wholesalers and other healthcare stakeholders.
The role involves territory planning, sales analytics, product promotion, doctor visits, competitor analysis, order generation, hospital business development and execution of promotional campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Territory Management
- Achieve the assigned sales budget for the geographical territory.
- Develop and implement monthly territory sales plans.
- Work with the District Manager to formulate sales strategies.
- Conduct sales analytics to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Provide inputs for sales forecasting and rolling sales plans.
- Classify medical practitioners based on their importance to territory objectives.
- Plan doctor call frequency according to business priorities.
- Deliver product promotional messages according to customer requirements.

Doctor and Healthcare Professional Engagement
