Job Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Collect, document, and process local Adverse Event (AE) reports received from multiple sources.
- Ensure pharmacovigilance activities comply with national regulations and Baxter’s internal procedures.
- Perform safety surveillance to identify new potential safety information and escalate findings when required.
- Conduct local case triage, including validity assessment, duplicate checks, and forwarding cases to internal or external stakeholders.
- Perform case intake activities within the Pharmacovigilance Safety System (PSS).
- Respond to queries received from the global case processing team.
- Perform source document redaction while ensuring complete documentation is maintained within the PSS.
- Conduct local quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Download Health Authority cases whenever required.
- Support additional pharmacovigilance activities assigned by the Safety Operations team.
Educational Qualification
Candidates should possess:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy
- Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science
- Other related healthcare or science disciplines
Alternatively, candidates with a minimum of 3 years of Pharmacovigilance experience may also be considered.
