Job Summary
The HR Specialist will provide administrative and operational support across key HR processes while ensuring accurate execution of employee lifecycle activities. The role involves working closely with employees, managers, and HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deliver high-quality HR services while maintaining confidentiality, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Job Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Execute HR transactions related to onboarding, offboarding, promotions, employee transfers, and benefits administration.
- Maintain employee records and ensure accurate data management within HR Information Systems (HRIS).
- Respond to employee and manager queries regarding HR policies, payroll, benefits, leave management, and performance management through Workday Help and ServiceNow.
- Escalate complex HR issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
- Support HR audits and ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
- Prepare, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process documentation, and knowledge base articles.
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) and cross-functional teams to deliver seamless HR services.
- Handle confidential employee information with professionalism and integrity.
- Participate in HR projects and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Prioritize workload effectively to meet business requirements and service-level expectations.
