- Identify potential sponsors and business opportunities for CRO services.
- Maintain structured lead databases using Microsoft Excel and CRM tools.
- Conduct market research and competitive intelligence activities.
- Track pipeline products, approvals, and pharmaceutical company expansions.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and business insights for the BD team.
- Use AI-powered prospecting tools like Apollo.ai for lead generation and outreach.
- Coordinate with CTM and Business Development teams for strategic targeting.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel including Pivot Tables and data analytics.
- Experience in pharmaceutical business development or CRO market research.
- Understanding of clinical trial databases and regulatory platforms.
- Excellent analytical and documentation skills.
- Familiarity with Apollo.ai, CRM systems, and outreach tools.

Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess any of the following qualifications:
- B.Pharm
- M.Pharm
- M.Sc.
- Equivalent qualification in Life Sciences
