Job Description
The selected candidate will execute scientific production activities according to defined processes, production priorities and quality requirements. The role requires technical judgment, GMP documentation, production data evaluation and routine troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute scientific production processes according to defined work packages and process parameters.
- Evaluate process observations, production data and quality results.
- Maintain GMP documentation and batch records.
- Support deviation investigations, CAPA and change-control activities.
- Coordinate materials, equipment and operational requirements for production.
- Support production readiness and help prevent operational delays.
- Identify recurring production issues and support approved process improvements.
- Follow quality, compliance and operational requirements throughout production activities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Life Sciences, Chemical Engineering or a related scientific field.
- 2+ years of experience in scientific production, biologics manufacturing, laboratory operations or a related regulated environment.
- Experience with scientific production processes and routine troubleshooting.
- Working knowledge of GMP, documentation, deviations, CAPA and change control.
- Ability to evaluate production data and solve routine process issues.
- Strong attention to quality and compliance.
- Good English communication skills.
