Job Description
The Trainee will be involved in tablet and capsule inspection activities in a non-sterile area on a shift-to-shift basis. The role requires completion of documentation according to cGMP requirements and following established SOPs and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Complete required training before performing assigned operations.
- Carry out tablet and capsule inspection activities in the non-sterile area.

- Identify hazards and immediately report near misses, unsafe acts and unsafe conditions to the supervisor.
- Transfer semi-finished goods between areas as required.
- Maintain good hygiene in manufacturing and inspection areas.
- Set machine parameters according to the BMR and applicable SOP.
- Monitor temperature, relative humidity and differential pressure of the inspection area to ensure they remain within specified limits.
- Operate inspection machines according to instructions from shift supervisors.
- Immediately report non-conformities and deviations to the line supervisor.
- Deliver expected output according to machine runtime.
- Participate in EHS, SFTI, 6S, ISO 14001 and ISO 13485 activities.
- Address minor mechanical issues related to machine settings and inform the supervisor when maintenance support is required for breakdowns.
