Vimta Labs is looking for analytical testing professionals to work in Food, Nutrition and Residue Testing laboratory functions.
The role involves performing analytical methods, handling laboratory instruments, reviewing analytical data and preparing accurate testing reports according to established laboratory procedures and quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform analytical testing for Food, Nutrition and Residue Testing.
- Conduct nutrition analysis covering areas such as protein, fat, carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals and dietary fiber.
- Perform or support residue analysis involving pesticide residues, veterinary drug residues and mycotoxins.
- Execute analytical methods according to approved laboratory procedures.
- Operate and handle relevant analytical instruments.
- Review analytical data for accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare testing reports and maintain required documentation.
- Follow applicable laboratory quality systems and procedures.
- Support quality-focused laboratory operations.
Educational Qualification
Candidates should have:
- M.Sc. Chemistry
Experience Required
- 1 to 6 years of relevant experience in analytical testing.
- Experience in Food Testing, Nutrition Analysis or Residue Analysis is relevant to the role.
