The Junior Officer – Production will be responsible for monitoring and executing manufacturing activities during the assigned shift.

Equipment and Compliance
- Monitor equipment and production areas for compliance with applicable requirements.
- Support scheduled validation, qualification and calibration activities.
- Coordinate with engineering and maintenance teams for equipment-related issues.
- Follow applicable SOPs and manufacturing procedures.
- Ensure production equipment remains suitable for planned operations.
Safety Responsibilities
- Ensure operators follow established safety procedures.
- Monitor the availability and proper use of PPE.
- Coordinate with the HSE/Safety team for shift-wise safety requirements.
- Promote safe working practices in the production area.
Software Knowledge
