Job Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Supporting and maintaining Regulatory Information Management (RIM) systems to ensure accurate and compliant regulatory data.
- Tracking global regulatory submissions, approvals, commitments, and product lifecycle activities.
- Collaborating with Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, affiliates, and cross-functional teams to maintain high-quality regulatory information.
- Assisting in RIM system upgrades, testing, validation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Troubleshooting regulatory system and data-related issues to ensure smooth business operations.
- Supporting regulatory data standards, governance practices, and compliance processes.
- Assisting in audit and inspection readiness by maintaining accurate documentation and reports.
- Supporting safety variation submissions and maintaining regulatory lifecycle records.
- Coordinating with affiliates and internal teams for Certificates, Module 1 documentation, and legalization requirements.
- Monitoring regulatory requests and ensuring timely completion of assigned activities.
- Preparing monthly KPI reports and compliance metrics for management review.
- Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance regulatory efficiency and data integrity.
Educational Qualification
Candidates should have a Science background.
