Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field. Applicants should have intermediate-level experience in clinical data management within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or clinical research industry. Knowledge of data management systems such as Medidata, Oracle RDC, or similar platforms is preferred. Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and communication skills are essential. Familiarity with ICH-GCP guidelines will be an added advantage.
Job Responsibilities
The selected candidate will support clinical data management activities by assisting the Data Management Study Lead in maintaining eCRFs, Data Validation Specifications, and Study-Specific Procedures. Responsibilities include managing clinical and third-party data reconciliation, tracking study progress and task metrics, resolving data-related queries, identifying the root cause of data issues, and working closely with clinical data scientists and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality clinical trial data.
