Job Description
The Medical Information Associate will handle medical information inquiries from healthcare professionals, patients and internal stakeholders. The role requires providing accurate and scientifically balanced information through calls and emails while maintaining appropriate documentation and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle medical information queries from healthcare professionals, patients and internal stakeholders.
- Respond to inquiries through calls and emails.
- Provide accurate and scientifically balanced medical information.
- Document and track medical inquiries according to established SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain quality, compliance, audit and turnaround time standards.
- Perform quality review and documentation activities.
- Collaborate with Pharmacovigilance, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs and Medical Affairs teams.
- Ensure appropriate handling and escalation of safety-related information.
- Follow organizational procedures and applicable quality standards.

Experience
