Job Description
The Clinical Publishing Coordinator will support clinical project documentation and publishing activities. The role involves preparing and modifying clinical investigator manuals, requisitions and other project-related materials while following applicable Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions and departmental guidelines.
The selected candidate will also coordinate document translations, maintain quality and productivity, work with team members and escalate issues when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow departmental Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions and guidelines.
- Complete required training within specified timelines.
- Perform daily tasks while maintaining quality and productivity.
- Create and modify clinical investigator manuals and requisitions.
- Prepare other relevant project documentation according to SOW requirements.
- Ensure assigned project documents are completed on time.
- Coordinate language translations of project-related documents.
- Work effectively with team members to support appropriate documentation delivery.
- Escalate issues when required.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
