Job Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Coordinate the review and tracking of serious and non-serious adverse events.
- Support protocol inquiries, diagnostic assessments, and safety monitoring activities.
- Coordinate Data Safety Monitoring Board (DSMB) and Endpoint Adjudication Committee (EAC) meetings.
- Prepare Confidentiality Disclosure Agreements (CDAs), Letters of Intent, and Member Agreements.
- Compile adjudication dossiers and coordinate follow-up activities with investigative sites.
- Organize project meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and upload documents to client portals.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure audit readiness.
- Perform data entry and reconciliation in safety databases and internal tracking systems.
- Manage project-related expenses and translation activities.
- Handle incoming safety-related communications and hotline requests.
- Provide support for local office activities when required.
- Train and mentor junior team members.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, regulatory guidelines, and quality standards.
Educational Qualification
Candidates should possess:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences (Preferred)
Equivalent education and relevant experience may also be considered by the company.
