Job Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Execute day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, employee transfers, promotions, and benefits administration.
- Maintain employee records and ensure accurate data management in HR Information Systems (HRIS).
- Respond to employee and manager queries related to HR policies, payroll, benefits, leave management, performance management, and company guidelines through Workday Help and ServiceNow.
- Escalate complex HR issues to the appropriate teams when required.
- Support internal audits and ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR procedures.
- Prepare and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process documentation, and knowledge base articles.
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) and cross-functional HR teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Handle confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion.
- Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Prioritize workloads effectively to meet business requirements and service-level expectations.
